Claims (4)
1. Uređaj za uklanjanje izolacije sa žica i/ili profila s oblogom boje ili plastike, koji ima prihvatni dio (20) za primanje završetaka žica i/ili profila s kojih treba skinuti izolaciju, najmanje jednu indukcijsku zavojnicu (10) u području prihvatnog dijela (20) za induktivnu proizvodnju topline kako bi isparila ili se termalno uklonila obloga sa žica i/ili profila unutar prihvatnog dijela (20), pri čemu je uređaj naznačen najmanje jednim usisnim crijevom (1) koje je povezano s prihvatnim dijelom (20) za isisavanje isparenih ili termalno uklonjenih obloga sa žica i/ili profila u području prihvatnog dijela (20), crijevo (2) komprimiranog zraka za opskrbu komprimiranog zraka u prihvatni dio (20) kako bi se ohladili zagrijani završeci žica i/ili profila i kako bi se uklonili ostaci obloga u području prihvatnog dijela (20), pri čemu su redukcijske jedinice osigurane tako da bi mogle biti uvedene u prihvatni dio (20) kako bi se smanjio unutrašnji promjer prihvatnog dijela.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, nadalje sadrži vanjski zid (7) prihvatnog dijela (20) i dio (6) koji je postavljen oko njega, pri čemu je šuplja komora (3) osigurana između dijela (6) i vanjskog zida (7), pri čemu se crijevo komprimiranog zraka (2) otvara u šupljoj komori (3), pri čemu su u vanjskom zidu (7) prihvatnog dijela (20) osigurani otvori (4) kroz koje komprimirani zrak može teći.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu dužina prihvatnog dijela (20) može varirati.
4. Postupak uklanjanja izolacije sa žica i/ili profila s oblogom boje ili plastike, ima sljedeće korake:
uvođenje završetaka žica ili profila s kojih treba skinuti izolaciju u prihvatni dio (20),
induktivna proizvodnja topline u području prihvatnog dijela (20) pomoću najmanje jedne indukcijske zavojnice (10) kako bi isparila ili se termalno uklonila obloga sa žica i/ili profila unutar prihvatnog dijela (20), i
isisavanje isparenih ili termalno uklonjenih obloga sa žica i/ili profila u području prihvatnog dijela (20) pomoću usisnog crijeva koje je povezano s prihvatnim dijelom,
opskrba komprimiranog zraka u prihvatni dio (20) kako bi se ohladili zagrijani završeci žica i/ili profila i kako bi se uklonili ostaci obloga u području prihvatnog dijela (20),
pri čemu su redukcijske jedinice osigurane tako da bi mogle biti uvedene u prihvatni dio (20) kako bi se smanjio unutrašnji promjer prihvatnog dijela.
