Claims (11)
1. Uređaj za sidrenje u višeslojnom tlu gdje je prvi sloj (31) formiran od određene debljine rastresitog materijala, pri čemu prvi sloj (31) leži na drugom sloju (32) formiranom od jednog ili više monolitnih ili čvrstih materijala, pri čemu uređaj za sidrenje ima šuplju šipku (2) čiji prvi kraj (21) prima sredstva za pričvršćivanje i čiji je slobodni suprotni kraj (22) namijenjen bušenju tla, u kojem je ploča (5) za pozicioniranje postavljena na šuplju šipku (2) i služi za oslanjanje na površinu tla, gdje šipka redom nosi, od ploče (5) za pozicioniranje prema slobodnom kraju (22), najmanje jedan helikoidni disk (6), a zatim disk za bušenje (8), naznačen time, da se šipka proteže izvan diska za bušenje (8) nasuprot ploči (5) za pozicioniranje, te stoje samobušeće svrdlo (4) koje ima potrebne karakteristike krutosti da bi se moglo bušiti drugi sloj (32) tla, smješteno na slobodnom kraju navedene šipke, tako da se prvi dio (23) šipke (2) pruža od ploče (5) za pozicioniranje do diska za bušenje (8), pri čemu je prvi dio (23) pogodan za uvrtanje u najmanje prvi sloj (31) tla, te tako da se drugi dio (24) šipke (2) pruža od diska za bušenje (8) do svrdla (4), gdje je drugi dio (24) pogodan za sidrenje u drugi sloj (32) tla.
2. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da svrdlo (4) ima promjer veći od promjera drugog dijela (24) šipke (2).
3. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da su najmanje jedan helikoidni disk (6) i disk za bušenje (8) zavareni za šipku (2).
4. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se oko prvog dijela (23) šipke (2) oblikuje cilindrični omotač (20) između ploče (5) za pozicioniranje i helikoidnog diska (6) najbližeg ploči (5).
5. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se oko prvog dijela (23) šipke (2) oblikuje cilindrični omotač (20, 40) između ploče (5) za pozicioniranje i diska za bušenje (8).
6. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da cilindrični omotač (40) ima promjenljivi promjer čiji je najmanji promjer veći od promjera drugog dijela (24) šipke (2).
7. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da cilindrični omotač (40) ima prvu sekciju (41) koja se pruža od ploče (5) za pozicioniranje i što ima prvi promjer poslije čega slijedi druga sekcija (42) koja se pruža do diska za bušenje (8) i ima drugi promjer manji od prvog promjera, a veći od promjera drugog dijela (24) šipke (2).
8. Uređaj za sidrenje prema bilo kom od zahtjeva 4 do 7, naznačen time, da je šuplja šipka (2) izvedena s navojem uzduž najmanje drugog dijela (24) koji se pruža između diska za bušenje (8) i svrdla (4), te da je šuplja šipka (2) glatka u prvom dijelu (23) koji je okružen cilindričnim omotačem (20, 40).
9. Uređaj za sidrenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je barem dio šipke (2) i svrdla (4) izbušen s otvorima za injektiranje betona ili sintetske smole za sidrenje u kompaktnom stjenovitom tlu.
10. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da su otvori za injektiranje betona izbušeni samo u drugom dijelu (24) šipke (2) i na svrdlu (4).
11. Uređaj za sidrenje prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da su otvori za injektiranje betona ili smole izbušeni uzduž prvog dijela (23) i drugog dijela (24) šipke (2) i na svrdlu (4).
