Claims (22)
1. Uređaj (3) u tekućini za prigušivanje i raspršivanje hidrozvuka u tekućini, osobito vodi (8), uz pomoć obavijajućeg tijela (1), koje sadrži plin, gdje tekućina može teći kroz uređaj (3), osobito u smjeru širenja zvuka, gdje uređaj (3) ima više obavijajućih tijela (1), od kojih svako sadrži plin, te koja su međusobno udaljena i svako do njih je okruženo tekućinom, gdje uređaj (3) ima nosivi element (2) i maseno tijelo, gdje su obavijajuća tijela (1) smještena međusobno udaljena na nosivom elementu (2), naznačen time što su obavijajuća tijela (1) postavljena vodoravno u ravnini podine tekućine.
2. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su obavijajuća tijela (1) međusobno fleksibilno spojena uz pomoć nosivog elementa (2).
3. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što zbog masenog tijela (10) uređaj (3) ima silu težine koja je jednaka i/ili veća od sile uzgona uređaja (3).
4. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se obavijajuća tijela (1) može postaviti vodoravno u najmanje jednoj ravnini.
5. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su obavijajuća tijela (1) smještena na udaljenosti radijalno, aksijalno i u obodnom smjeru od tijela (6) koje emitira hidrozvuk.
6. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je obavijajuće tijelo (1) fleksibilno i sastoji se od tankog, elastičnog materijala.
7. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je obavijajuće tijelo (1) ispunjeno plinom i mekim, pjenasti, materijalom otvorenih pora i/ili zatvorenih pora.
8. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se obavijajuće tijelo (1) i/ili nosivi element (2) sastoji od organskog, anorganskog i/ili biološki razgradljivog materijala.
9. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je obavijajuće tijelo (1) dio nosivog elementa (2) i/ili se obavijajuća tijela (1) i nosivi element (2) proizvodi u jednom dijelu iz istog materijala.
10. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se nosivi element (2) i obavijajuće tijelo (1) proizvodi u jednom dijelu iz tankog materijala u obliku elastične cijevi, gdje su obavijajuća tijela (1) sličnih i/ili različitih veličina ograničena suženjima ili zavarenim premoštenjima (4) od cjevastog materijala.
11. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su obavijajuća tijela (1) i/ili nosivi element (2) smješteni u kavez (12).
12. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se kavez (12), u svojoj nosivoj strukturi, sastoji od čvrstog materijala, poput metala ili plastike i/ili što se više kaveza (12) može postaviti jedan iznad i uz drugog.
13. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11 ili 12, naznačen time što se obavijajuća tijela (1) može učvrstiti u kavezu (12) uz pomoć nosivih elemenata (2).
14. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time što se najmanje dva kaveza može smjestiti teleskopski jedan unutar drugog.
15. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što svako obavijajuće tijelo (1) ima ventil, te što su ventili za više obavijajućih tijela (1) međusobno spojeni.
16. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je svako pojedino obavijajuće tijelo (1) ispunjeno ili može biti pojedinačno ispunjeno različitim plinom i/ili pod različitim tlakom.
17. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je uređaj (3) opremljen plutajućim tijelom (11).
18. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se obavijajuće tijelo (1) sastoji od mekog materijala otvorenih pora i/ili zatvorenih pora sa sposobnošću jakog prigušivanja.
19. Uređaj (3) za prigušivanje hidrozvuka u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se uređaj (3) može upotrijebiti u uspravljenom i u radnom stanju kod gotovih obalnih postrojenja za proizvodnju energije vjetrom i drugih struktura koje odašilju hidrozvuk u vodu (8).
20. Postupak prigušivanja i raspršivanja hidrozvuka u tekućini uređajem u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je uređaj smješten na udaljenosti radijalno, aksijalno i u obodnom smjeru od izvora hidrozvuka i pričvršćen na podinu.
21. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 20, u mjeri u kojoj je taj patentni zahtjev u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 na uređaj ili je jedan od patentnih zahtjeva na uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 na uređaj ili u mjeri u kojoj je taj patentni zahtjev u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14 na uređaj ili s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva na uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 11 do 14 na uređaj, naznačen time što podinu oko izvora hidrozvuka pokrivaju obavijajuća tijela (1), pričvršćena na užad ili mreže koje služe kao nosivi elementi (2), ili je pokrivaju kavezi rasprostrti po podini, u koje su smještena obavijajuća tijela (1) ispunjena plinom.

Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 21 ili 22, u mjeri u kojoj su ti patentni zahtjevi u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 3 na uređaj ili je jedan od patentnih zahtjeva na uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 3 na uređaj, naznačen time što su obavijajuća tijela (1) spojena međusobno uz pomoć nosivih elemenata (2) i pričvršćena na podinu uz pomoć najmanje jednog masenog tijela (10).
