Claims (14)
1. Postupak proizvodnje jezgre (11) s integriranim premosnim vlaknima (12), namijenjen proizvodnji kompozitnih panela, naznačen time što sadržava provedbu sljedećih koraka:
– dobava bloka (10) od lakog materijala,
– deponiranje premosnih vlakana (12) u suvišku na najmanje jednoj površini (18, 20) bloka (10),
– osiguravanje da neka od tih premosnih vlakana (12) ulaze u jezgru,
– uklanjanje suvišnih neupotrijebljenih premosnih vlakana (12).
2. Postupak proizvodnje jezgre (11) s premosnim vlaknima (12) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se probijanje iglom upotrebljava kako bi se izradila premosna vlakna (12) koja prodiru kroz blok (10).
3. Postupak proizvodnje jezgre (11) s premosnim vlaknima (12) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je prodiranje premosnih vlakana (12) u potpunosti kroz, tako da je svako premosno vlakno (12) dostupno na bilo kojoj strani jezgre.
4. Postupak proizvodnje jezgre (11) s premosnim vlaknima (12) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su premosna vlakna (12) različitih tipova.
5. Postupak proizvodnje jezgre (11) s premosnim vlaknima (12) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su premosna vlakna (12) dijelovi niti koje se sastoje od snopova prekrivenih vlakana.
6. Postupak proizvodnje jezgre (11) s premosnim vlaknima (12) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se premosna vlakna (12) uvode pod nagibom u odnosu na površine bloka (10) od lakog materijala.
7. Jezgra (11) dobivena provedbom postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrži samo jedan blok (10) od lakog materijala i premosna vlakna (12) koja su prošla kroz navedeni blok, u najmanju ruku neka od vlakana koja su prošla izviruju na najmanje jednoj površini navedenog bloka (10).
8. Jezgra (11) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačena time što se kontrolira gustoća premosnih vlakana (12) po jedinici površine.
9. Jezgra (11) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, naznačena time što se kontrolira geometrija raspodjele premosnih vlakana (12) po jedinici površine.
10. Panel (22) od kompozitnog materijala koji sadrži jezgru (11) proizvedenu upotrebom jezgre u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što u najmanju ruku sadrži pokrovna vlakna (24) uklopljena u matriks od smole, povezan s navedenom jezgrom (11), gdje navedena smola također ulazi u premosna vlakna (12).
11. Panel (22) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se krajevi premosnih vlakana (12) uklapaju u matriks od smole s pokrovnim vlaknima (24).
12. Panel (22) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10 ili 11, naznačen time što su premosna vlakna (12) pod nagibom u odnosu na ravninu jezgre.
13. Uređaj za proizvodnju jezgre u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10, 11 ili 12, naznačen time što sadrži:
– stanicu (26) za osiguravanje blokova (10) od lakog materijala,
– stanicu (28) za deponiranje premosnih vlakana na svaku jezgru,
– stanicu za probijanje iglom (30),
– stanicu (32) za orijentiranje stanice (26) za osiguravanje blokova pod nagibom u odnosu na stanicu za probijanje iglom,
– stanicu (36) za otpuštanje jezgara (11) s integriranim premosnim vlaknima.
14. Uređaj za proizvodnju jezgre u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što sadrži:
– stanicu (26) za osiguravanje blokova (10) od lakog materijala,
– stanicu (28) za deponiranje premosnih vlakana na svaku jezgru,
– stanicu za probijanje iglom (30),
– stanicu (32) za orijentiranje stanice za osiguravanje blokova pod nagibom u odnosu na stanicu za probijanje iglom,
– stanicu (34) za uklanjanje vlakana neprobijenih iglom,
– stanicu (36) za otpuštanje jezgara (11) dobivenih s integriranim premosnim vlaknima.
