Abstract
本発明の目的は、複合パネルの製造用に組み入れた架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(10)の作製方法であって、本方法が、剛性発泡タイプの軽材料製の材片を配置して芯材(10)を形成するステップと、余分な架橋繊維(12)を芯材(10)の少なくとも1面(18、20)に載置するステップと、この架橋繊維(12)の一部を芯材に入れ込むステップと、使用しない架橋繊維(12)の過剰分を撤去するステップとを実行することからなることを特徴とする方法である。本発明は、このようにして得たパネルおよびその作製方法も含む。

Description
− 軽材料の材片10を供給する供給機26と、
− 各材片に架橋繊維を載置する載置機28と、
− ニードルパンチング機30と、
− 材片供給機をニードルパンチング機に対して直角に向ける方向転換機32と、
− ニードルパンチングしていない繊維がある場合にそれを除去する除去機34と、
− 架橋繊維を組み入れて得た芯材11を送出する送出機36と
を有する装置を備える。
Claims (14)
- 複合パネルの製造用に組み入れた架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法であって、該方法が、
− 軽材料製の材片(10)を配置するステップと、
− 前記架橋繊維(12)を前記材片(10)の少なくとも1面(18、20)に載置するステップと、
− 前記架橋繊維(12)を前記芯材に入れ込むステップと、
を実行することからなることを特徴とする作製方法。 - 前記方法が、
− 軽材料製の材片(10)を配置するステップと、
− 余分な架橋繊維(12)を前記材片(10)の少なくとも1面(18、20)に載置するステップと、
− 前記架橋繊維(12)を前記芯材に入れ込むステップと、
− 使用しない架橋繊維(12)の過剰分を撤去するステップと
を実行することからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。 - 前記架橋繊維(12)を前記材片(10)に入れ込むのにニードルパンチングを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)の入れ込みは、架橋繊維(12)それぞれが前記芯材の両側に達するように貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)は、さまざまに異なる種類からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)は、フィラメント束を撚り合わせて構成した糸の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)を、軽材料製の前記材片(10)の両面に対して傾斜して挿入することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施することによって得られる芯材であって、軽材料製の材片(10)および前記架橋繊維(12)を有し、該架橋繊維のなくとも一部は前記材片の少なくとも1面に出ることを特徴とする芯材(11)。
- 面積単位あたりの前記架橋繊維(12)の密度を制御することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の芯材(11)。
- 面積単位あたりの前記架橋繊維(12)の分散形態を制御することを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の芯材(11)。
- 請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の芯材を使用して作製した芯材(11)で構成する複合材パネルであって、樹脂マトリクスに含浸し、前記芯材(11)の上に取り付け、前記樹脂を前記架橋繊維(12)にも浸透させた表皮繊維(24)を少なくとも有することを特徴とするパネル(22)。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)の両端部を、前記表皮繊維(24)とともに前記樹脂マトリクスに含浸することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のパネル(22)。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)は、前記芯材の平面に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載のパネル(22)。
- 請求項11、12または13に記載の芯材の製造装置であって、
− 軽材料製の材片(10)を供給する供給機(26)と、
− 各芯材に架橋繊維を載置する載置機(28)と、
− ニードルパンチング機(30)と、
− 前記材片供給機(26)を前記ニードルパンチング機に対して直角に向ける方向転換機(32)と、
− 架橋繊維を組み入れた芯材(11)を送出する送出機(36)と
を有する装置。
