Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un complexe comprenanta) la réalisation d'une nappe associant de façon juxtaposée au moins une couche d'une structure fibreuse de renfort et une couche d'un matériau épaississeur épaississant sensiblement ladite nappe,b) l'aiguilletage de ladite nappe du côté de la structure fibreuse de renfort par des aiguilles à barbes traversant au moins ladite couche d'une structure fibreuse et au moins partiellement la couche de matériau épaississeur, les aiguilles se déplaçant dans la direction de la nappe à sensiblement la même vitesse qu'elle lorsqu'elles la traversent, avec une densité de coups allant de 1 à 25 coups par cm<2>.L'invention concerne également le complexe et le matériau composite obtenu par imprégnation du complexe. L'invention permet une plus rapide imprégnation du complexe lors de la fabrication du composite.
