Claims (10)
1. Postupak za pripremu sevelamera, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće stupnjeve:
(a) djelomično prevođenje u sol vodene otopine polialilamina koja ima koncentraciju između 10% i 14,5 tež.%;
(b) dodavanje epiklorohidrina;
(c) održavanje reakcijske smjese uz miješanje;
(d) izoliranje tako dobivenog sevelamera;
i također, naznačen time, da se stupnjevi od (a) do (c) izvode u odsutnosti bilo kojeg organskog otapala.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se polialilamin prevodi u sol do stupnja prevođenja u sol od 25-40%.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da molni odnos "alilaminska jedinica"/"epiklorohidrin" jest 8-11/1.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da se u stupnju (c) održava uz miješanje pri 65 do 85 °C.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedena vodena otopina polialilamina ima koncentraciju između 12,5 i 14,5%.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da navedena vodena otopina polialilamina ima koncentraciju između 13 i 14%.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se polialilamin djelomično prevodi u sol sa solnom kiselinom.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se na taj način dobiven sevelamer pretvara u sevelamer karbonat/bikarbonat.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da se na taj način dobiveni sevelamer pretvara u sevelamer karbonat/bikarbonat reakcijom s plinovitim CO2.
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da se pretvorba u sevelamer karbonat/bikarbonat s plinovitim CO2 izvodi u krutoj fazi.
