1. Okretno postolje (1) za željeznička vozila koje ima podijeljeni okvir koji je sastavljen od dva elementa okvira (2, 3), pri čemu je svaki element okvira (2, 3) oblikovan od poprečnog nosača (4) i uzdužnog nosača (5) koji su u odnosu jedan prema drugom postavljeni u T-oblik, te elemente okvira (2, 3) koji su međusobno rotacijski spojeni pomoću dva spoja okvira (6) tako da omogućavaju uvijanje elemenata okvira (2, 3) međusobno poprečno u odnosu na smjer putovanja, pri čemu
- svaki spoj okvira (6) spaja slobodni kraj poprečnog nosača (7) elementa okvira (2, 3) sa ovjesom uzdužnog nosača (8) drugog elementa okvira (2, 3),
- spoj okvira (6) izveden je kao kuglični ležaj i sadrži unutrašnji prsten (9) dijela kuglastog oblika i vanjski prsten (10) koji odgovara unutrašnjem prstenu (9), zadržni prsten (11), tlačni prsten (12) i vijčani spoj koji se sastoji od vijka (13), matice (14) i dvije podloške (15', 15"), pri čemu
- unutrašnji prsten (9) ima sfernu konveksnu površinu, te je konstruiran tako da može biti stegnut na ovjes uzdužnog nosača (8),
- vanjski prsten (10) ima konkavnu površinu oblika šuplje kugle koja odgovara unutrašnjem prstenu (9), te je konstruiran tako da može biti spojen na kraj poprečnog nosača (7),
- sferna konveksna površina unutrašnjeg prstena (9) i odgovarajuća konkavna površina oblika šuplje kugle vanjskog prstena (10) izvedene su kao površine koje kližu u jedna odnosu prema drugoj,
- tlačni prsten (12) ima dno (22) koje sadrži provrt za vijak (13) i šuplju-cilindričnu osovinu (23),
naznačeno time da
- spoj okvira (6) sadrži pokrovni poklopac (16) i sredstva za brtvljenje (21),
- tlačni prsten ima ovratnik (24) sa većim vanjskim promjerom od osovine (23), te
- podloška (15') i matica (14) vijčanog spoja su oblikovane unutar šuplje-cilindrične osovine (23) tlačnog prstena (12), a tlačni prsten (12) koji se sastoji od dna (22) i šuplje-cilindrične osovine (23) oblikovan je unutar unutrašnjeg prstena (9) na takav način da se može umetnuti u unutrašnji prsten dolje prema ovratniku (24).1. - the inner ring (9) has a spherical convex surface, and is designed so that it can be clamped on the suspension of the longitudinal support (8),
- the outer ring (10) has a concave surface in the shape of a hollow sphere that corresponds to the inner ring (9), and is designed so that it can be connected to the end of the cross member (7),
- the spherical convex surface of the inner ring (9) and the corresponding hollow sphere-shaped concave surface of the outer ring (10) are designed as surfaces that slide in relation to each other,
- the pressure ring (12) has a bottom (22) that contains a hole for a screw (13) and a hollow-cylindrical shaft (23),
indicated that
- the frame joint (6) contains a cover (16) and sealing means (21),
- the pressure ring has a collar (24) with a larger outer diameter than the shaft (23), and
- the washer (15') and the nut (14) of the screw connection are formed inside the hollow-cylindrical shaft (23) of the pressure ring (12), and the pressure ring (12) which consists of the bottom (22) and the hollow-cylindrical shaft (23) ) is shaped inside the inner ring (9) in such a way that it can be inserted into the inner ring down towards the collar (24).
2.
