Claims (13)
1. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka za spajanje dvije cijevi, cijevnih spojnica ili sličnog, koji sadrži
završetak ravnog komada (16) koji pripada jednoj cijevi (14) i u koji može biti umetnut završetak naglavka (60) druge cijevi (62), koja ima potpornu traku (64), a navedeni završetak ravnog komada (16) ima rub (20) koji je izbočen radijalno prema unutra sa barem jednim udubljenjem u obliku dijela prstena (26 - 29), i
napravu za zaključavanje (40) za zaključavanje završetka naglavka (60) u završetak ravnog komada (16), tako da potporna traka (64) leži uz napravu za zaključavanje i navedena naprava za zaključavanje leži uz rub (20), te naprava za zaključavanje (40) sadrži barem dva elementa za zaključavanje (42, 44) u obliku dijela prstena
naznačen time
da su na rubu (20) predviđena barem četiri udubljenja (26 - 29), koja su postavljena sa jednolikim razmakom u smjeru oboda, te
dva elementa za zaključavanje (42, 44) koji svaki imaju dva dijela za zaključavanje (52, 54) u obliku dijela prstena koji su međusobno spojeni putem odgovarajuće mreže (56), a razmak između dva dijela za zaključavanje (52, 54) elementa za zaključavanje (42, 44) odgovara razmaku između dva susjedna udubljenja (26 - 29).
2. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je svakom elementu za zaključavanje pridružen zadržni element (46).
3. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se mreža (56) pruža u smjeru uzdužne osi i na kraju ima ušicu (57) koja se pruža u radijalnom smjeru i leži paralelno sa uzdužnom osi, a ušica je – kada su umetnuti elementi za zaključavanje - izvan završetka ravnog komada.
4. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevima 2 i 3, naznačen time da zadržni element (46) leži paralelno sa mrežom (56) između dva elementa za zaključavanje (52, 54) i položen je uz rub (20), te stoga sprječava rotaciju elementa za zaključavanje u završetku ravnog komada.
5. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je zadržni element (46) izrađen od plastičnog materijala, poželjno EPDM-a.
6. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su elementi za zaključavanje (42, 44) izrađeni od metala, poželjno od nodularnog lijeva, ili od plastičnog materijala koji je otporan na pritisak.
7. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je zadržni element (46) izveden u obliku mreže i može biti uveden u udubljenje izvan ušice.
8. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da završetak ravnog komada (16) ima na svojoj unutrašnjoj strani polukružni žlijeb (35) koji ga okružuje u obodnom smjeru i obodnu površinu (37) koja graniči sa navedenim žlijebom i pruža se ukoso na uzdužnu os, a žlijeb i obodna površina su predviđeni za primanje odgovarajuće izvedene prstenaste brtve (34).
9. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da prstenasta brtva (34) ima prvi uzdužni dio, koji ima prema van zaobljenu (konveksnu) površinu, te ima drugi uzdužni dio koji je izveden u obliku lastinog repa, te prvi uzdužni dio služi kao zadržavajući element, a drugi uzdužni dio kao element koji brtvi.
10. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da obje površine prstenaste brtve (34), prema van usmjerena površina i prema unutra usmjerena površina (98, 99) - promatrano u uzdužnom presjeku - imaju konkavni oblik.
11. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 8, 9 ili 10, naznačen time da prstenasta brtva (34) ima oprugu (96) koja se pruža u području prvog uzdužnog dijela u obodnom smjeru.
12. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da je opruga (96) vulkanizirana.
13. Spoj ravnog komada i naglavka prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da rub (20) ima zakošenu površinu unutrašnjeg prstena (24), te kut između površine unutrašnjeg prstena (24) i uzdužne osi završetka ravnog komada (16) iznosi približno 30°.
