1. Postupak za pripravu spoja formule (IIs)

ili njegovog hidrata, solvata ili farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, naznačen time da obuhvaća

reakciju spoja formule (XXs), u prvom organskom otapalu, kako bi se dobio odgovarajući spoj formule (XXIs ), gdje je L napuštajuća skupina i gdje spoj formule (XXIs) nije izoliran;

reakciju spoja formule (XXIs) sa spojem formule (XXIIs), u prisustvu organske i neorganske baze, u drugom organskom otapalu, kako bi se dobio odgovarajući spoj formule (XXIIIs), gdje spoj formule ( XXIIIs) nije izoliran;

i reakciju spoja formule (XXIIIs) sa spojem formule (XXIVs), u prisustvu redukcijskog sredstva, u trećem organskom otapalu, kako bi se dobio odgovarajući spoj formule (IIs), gdje su prvo, drugo i treće organsko otapalo isti i gdje je L klor.
