Claims (4)

1. Postupak za pripravu spoja formule (IIs) [image] ili njegovog hidrata, solvata ili farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, naznačen time da obuhvaća [image] reakciju spoja formule (XXs), u prvom organskom otapalu, kako bi se dobio odgovarajući spoj formule (XXIs ), gdje je L napuštajuća skupina i gdje spoj formule (XXIs) nije izoliran; [image] reakciju spoja formule (XXIs) sa spojem formule (XXIIs), u prisustvu organske i neorganske baze, u drugom organskom otapalu, kako bi se dobio odgovarajući spoj formule (XXIIIs), gdje spoj formule ( XXIIIs) nije izoliran; [image] i reakciju spoja formule (XXIIIs) sa spojem formule (XXIVs), u prisustvu redukcijskog sredstva, u trećem organskom otapalu, kako bi se dobio odgovarajući spoj formule (IIs), gdje su prvo, drugo i treće organsko otapalo isti i gdje je L klor.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spoj formule (XXIIs) prisutan u količini od oko jednog ekvivalenta.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je spoj formule (XXIVs) prisutan u količini većoj od oko jednog ekvivalenta, i gdje je redukcijski agens prisutan u količini od oko 1 do oko 2 ekvivalenta.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da nadalje obuhvaća reakciju spoja formule (IIs) kako bi se dobila odgovarajuća farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol spoja formule (IIs).
