Claims (10)
1. Postupak pripreme triamida iz amonijaka i amido-diklorida, gdje se početni materijali međusobno miješaju i reagiraju, na način slobodnog povratnog miješanja (eng. back-mixing-free), i koncentracija amido-diklorida u miješalici je uvijek ispod 0.2 (mol/mol)% reakcijske smjese na temelju volumena reakcijske smjese.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je vrijeme miješanja početnih materijala manje od jedne sekunde.
3. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 2, gdje se miješanje početnih materijala odvija pomoću mlaznice, rotor-stator miješalice, pumpe za miješanje reakcije ili mlazne miješalice s mlaznicom.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se smjesa prenosi u cijevni reaktor.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, gdje je cijevni reaktor izmjenjivač topline.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4 ili 5, gdje se početni materijali hlade do ispod prije miješanja.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 ili 5, gdje se, u cijevnom reaktoru, toplina reakcije gubi (disipira) isparavanjem amonijaka.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4 ili 5, gdje se reakcijsko pražnjenje cijevnog reaktora prenosi na kolonu.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje se triamid izvlači s dna kolone.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, gdje je triamid N-alkiltiofosforni triamid.
