Abstract

Postupak za pripremu obrađenih mineralnih punila, naznačen time da se navedeni postupak sastoji od sljedećih koraka: (a) pripreme najmanje jednog suhog mineralnog punila; (b) pripreme najmanje jedne zasićene C8 do C24 alifatske karboksilne kiseline (c) pripreme najmanje jedne dvovalentne i/ili trovalentne soli kationa jedne ili više zasićenih C8 do C24 alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina; (d) kontakta navedenog(ih) mineralnog(ih) punila iz koraka (a), u jednom ili više koraka uz grijanje, sa: a. "alifatskom karboksilnom kiselinom odnosno alifatskim karboksilnim kiselinama" iz koraka (b); b. "soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno solima alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina" iz koraka (c); te nakon toga (e) stvaranja na površini navedenog(ih) mineralnog(ih) punila obrađenog sloja koji sadrži navedenu alifatsku karboksilnu kiselinu odnosno alifatske karboksilne kiseline i navedenu sol alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina, što dovodi do obrađenog mineralnog punila kao produkta; naznačen time da: - težinski omjer svih navedenih soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina pripremljenih u koraku (c) prema svim navedenim alifatskim karboksilnim kiselinama pripremljenim u koraku (b) je od 51:49 do 75:25; - ukupna težina svih navedenih soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina i svih navedenih alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina koje se nalaze na površini mineralnog punila je barem 2.5 mg/m mineralnog punila pripremljenog u koraku (a); - tijekom koraka (d), temperatura je podešena tako da su rastaljene sve alifatske karboksilne kiseline i sve soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina. Patent sadrži još 22 patentna zahtjeva.

Claims (23)

1. Postupak za pripremu obrađenih mineralnih punila, naznačen time da se navedeni postupak sastoji od sljedećih koraka: (a) pripreme najmanje jednog suhog mineralnog punila; (b) pripreme najmanje jedne zasićene C8 do C24 alifatske karboksilne kiseline (c) pripreme najmanje jedne dvovalentne i/ili trovalentne soli kationa jedne ili više zasićenih C8 do C24 alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina; (d) kontakta navedenog(ih) mineralnog(ih) punila iz koraka (a), u jednom ili više koraka uz grijanje, sa: a. "alifatskom karboksilnom kiselinom odnosno alifatskim karboksilnim kiselinama" iz koraka (b); b. "soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno solima alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina" iz koraka (c); te nakon toga (e) stvaranja na površini navedenog(ih) mineralnog(ih) punila obrađenog sloja koji sadrži navedenu alifatsku karboksilnu kiselinu odnosno alifatske karboksilne kiseline i navedenu sol alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina, što dovodi do obrađenog mineralnog punila kao produkta; naznačen time da: - težinski omjer svih navedenih soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina pripremljenih u koraku (c) prema svim navedenim alifatskim karboksilnim kiselinama pripremljenim u koraku (b) je od 51:49 do 75:25; - ukupna težina svih navedenih soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina i svih navedenih alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina koje se nalaze na površini mineralnog punila je barem 2.5 mg/m mineralnog punila pripremljenog u koraku (a); - tijekom koraka (d), temperatura je podešena tako da su rastaljene sve alifatske karboksilne kiseline i sve soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni težinski omjer svih navedenih soli alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina prema svim navedenim alifatskim karboksilnim kiselinama je od 55:45 do 75:25, još poželjnije je od oko 60:40 do 70:30, npr. od 64:36 do 67:33.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da mineralno punilo odnosno punila u koraku (a) su mineralna punila koja sadrže kalcij karbonat i/ili mineralna punila koja sadrže pločasti mineral i/ili mineralna punila koja sadrže kvarc i/ili mineralna punila koja sadrže glinu, te su poželjno mineralna punila koja sadrže kalcij karbonat.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da su mineralna punila koja sadrže kalcij karbonat, istaloženi kalcij karbonat (PCC), odnosno jedan ili više od aragonitnih, vateritnih i kalcitnih mineraloških kristalnih oblika, i/ili prirodni kalcij karbonat (NGCC), odnosno jedan ili više od mramora, vapnenca ili krede i/ili dolomita.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da mineralna punila koja sadrže kalcij karbonat su mramor i/ili dolomit.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da pločasto mineralno punilo je talk.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da su dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa jedne ili više C8 do C24 alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina odabrane između kalcijevih, magnezijevih, stroncijevih i aluminijevih soli, te njihovih mješavina, te su poželjno odabrane između kalcijevih soli, magnezijevih soli i njihovih mješavina.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa jedne ili više C8 do C24 alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina su dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa jedne ili više C10 do C18 alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina, a poželjno su dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa jedne ili više C12 do C18 alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa jedne ili više C8 do C24 alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina su soli dvovalentne i/ili trovalentne soli kationa jedne ili više alifatskih monokarboksilne kiseline (monokarboksilnih kiselina).
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa jedne ili više C8 do C24 alifatske karboksilne kiseline odnosno alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina su soli jedne ili više masne(ih) kiseline(a), posebice stearinska i/ili palmitinska i/ili miristinska i/ili laurinska kiselina, te su najpoželjnije soli stearinske i/ili palmitinske kiseline.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da dvovalentna i/ili trovalentna sol kationa C8 do C24 alifatske karboksilne kiseline ima ekvivalentnu izoliranu viskoznost od više od 100000 mPa s, te poželjno od više od 1000000 mPa s, kod 180°C kada je mjereno sa PHYSICA MCR 300 opremljenim sa CP50-1 instrumentima uz smičnu brzinu od 5 s-1 i temperature skeniranja od 200 do 130 °C.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da C8 do C24 alifatska karboksilna kiselina (alifatske karboksilne kiseline) je C10 do C18, te poželjno C12 do C18 alifatska karboksilna kiselina (alifatske karboksilne kiseline).
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da C8 do C24 alifatska karboksilna kiselina odnosno alifatske karboksilne kiseline su masne kiseline, posebice stearinska i/ili palmitinska i/ili miristinska i/ili laurinska kiselina ili njihove mješavine, te su najpoželjnije stearinska i/ili palmitinska kiselina.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da je ukupna količina alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) i soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline veća od 2.7, još poželjnije barem 3, odnosno barem 3.2, npr. 3.5 mg ukupne količine alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) i soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline/m mineralnog odnosno mineralnih punila.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time da ekvivalentna izolirana mješavina soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) i alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) ima viskozitet od manje od 10000, poželjno manje od 1000, te još poželjnije manje od 500 mPa s pri 180°C.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time da je alifatska karboksilna kiselina mješavina u omjeru 1:1 stearinske kiseline i palmitinske kiseline, a soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline su magnezij ili kalcij stearat.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačen time da se alifatska karboksilna kiselina (alifatske karboksilne kiseline) pripremljena u koraku (b) nalazi u rastaljenom stanju.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time da su soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) pripremljene u koraku (c) u rastaljenom stanju.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time da u koraku (d), sva ili dio navedene soli alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) iz koraka (c) i sva ili dio navedene alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) iz koraka (b), te poželjno sva navedena sol alifatske karboksilne kiseline (alifatskih karboksilnih kiselina) iz koraka (c) i sva navedena alifatska karboksilna kiselina (alifatske karboksilne kiseline) iz koraka (b), su prvo pomiješane jedna sa drugom, te su miješane da formiraju rastaljenu mješavinu prije dodavanja bilo kojeg od navedenih mineralnih punila.
20. Uporaba produkta dobivenog pomoću postupka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 19 naznačena time da je za postupak miješanja i/ili ekstruzije i/ili kombiniranja i/ili injekcijskog prešanja plastičnih materijala.
21. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 20, naznačena time da plastični materijali sadrže poliolefine ili termoplastične materijale kao što su polietileni (PE), polipropileni (PP) i/ili poliuretani (PU).
22. Filmovi naznačeni time da sadrže proizvode dobivene pomoću postupka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 19.
23. Filmovi prema zahtjevu 22, naznačeni time da su odabrani iz skupine koja sadrži razvučene i/ili orijentirane filmove, te poželjno prozračne filmove, ili filmove ekstruzijskih prevlaka.
