Abstract
Αποκαλύπτεται μια μέθοδος και συσκευή επιθεώρησης οφθαλμικών φακών που περιλαμβάνει μια φωτογραφική μηχανή για την καταγραφή ενός ειδώλου οφθαλμικού φακού που έχει φωτισθεί από μια φωτεινή πηγή. Θέση και ένταση σε κάθε εικονοστοιχείο της φωτογραφικής μηχανής μετατρέπεται σε μια ηλεκτρική ποσότητα που στη συνέχεια μεταφερεται και αποθηκεύεται σε μια μνήμη. Ενας υπολογιστής που περιέχει οδηγίες για την σύγκριση των τιμών θέσης και έντασης των εικονοστοιχείων ξεκινά κοντά στο κέντρο του πεδίου δέκτη και συνεχίζει προς το άκρο του πεδίου έως ότου βρεθεί μια απόκλιση έντασης. Αξιολογώντας τα εικονοστοιχεία που περιέχουν μεταβολή έντασης, πραγματοποιείται ένα περίγραμμα του άκρου φακού. Δημιουργείται ένας δακτύλιος που περικλειει το πραγματικό άκρο φακού. Ολα τα εικονοστοιχεία αλλάζουν από μια απόλυτη τιμή έντασης σε μια τιμή βαθμίδας, που αντιπροσωπεύεται από δύο άκρα μεταβολής. Εκτελείται εξαγωγή χαρακτηριστικών για τον εντοπισμό ελαττωματικών εικονοστοιχείων και την τοποθέτησή τους σε ομάδες. Αφού οι ομάδες έχουν προσδιορισθεί δίνεται σε καθεμιά μια βαθμολογία βάσει του αριθμού, τύπου και σοβαρότητας των ελαττωματικων εικονοστοιχείων των τοποθετημέων στην ομάδα αυτή. Από αυτήν, μπορεί να δοθεί σε ολόκληρο τον φακό μία ζυγισμενη βαθμολογία και ο φακός γίνεται αποδεκτός ή απορρίπτεται.ω
