Abstract

995,835. Treating exhaust gases. ALLISCHALMERS MANUFACTURING CO. May 27, 1964 [May 29, 1963], No. 21920/64. Heading F1B. An exhaust treating liquid in container 21 is vaporized in a vaporizer 19 and fed to a Venturi 14 in the exhaust pipe. A wick 22 projects into the vaporizing air stream in chamber 19, the inlet of which is provided with a filter 18.
