Abstract

989,157. Stacking containers. MAATSCHAPPIJ TOT EXPLOITEREN VAN OCTROOIEN EN LICENTIES MATEPA N.V. March 31, 1964 [April 1, 1963], No. 13315/64. Heading B8P. A stacking container of hardboard comprises a base 1 and walls 2 hinged thereto, adjacent walls being fixed perpendicular to the base 1 by a corner band 6 consisting of a cam 7 fitting an opening 4 in the adjoining wall, lips 8 extending inwards, and by a cramp 5 engaging slits 3 in the walls. A corner block 10 resting on the box 1 slides down on the inside of each cramp 5 and of lips 8 of each corner band 6. The blocks may or may not extend above the tops of the side walls.
