987,542. Medicine droppers. J. M. MITCHELL. Oct. 29, 1963, No. 42616/63. Heading B8T. A medicine dropper comprises a one-piece plastics dropper tube 10 integral with a resilient plastics bellows 12, a threaded bottle cap 24 with an apertured top, flanges 32 of which fit into an annular recess 14 on the bellows, and an inwardly converging resilient conical portion 20 on the bellows below the recess which is displaced when the cap is pushed into place on the bellows. When the cap is in place on a bottle, the pouring lip distorts the conical section 20 to provide a leak-proof seal.
