[Also in Division H2] In electrical apparatus, e.g. instruments, relays, switch assemblies, comprising a frame 10 adapted to support a plurality of electrical components (not shown) in a case 11, the frame is provided with a plurality of rigid strip conductors 13 which lie adjacent the periphery of the frame so that connection may be made to any component by connecting it to a portion 14 of a conductor twisted perpendicular to the rest of the conductor. As shown, each conductor 13 is formed of L-shaped flat metal strip and is mounted on the frame 10 by means of two insulating clamps 17, one end of each conductor being connected to a terminal block 12. Portions 14 are apertured and insulating sleeves 15 over such portions locate screws 16 which coact with nuts 16a to form connections to which leads from components are soldered. One conductor may have a plurality of portions 14 to enable components to be connected inter se.
