Abstract
970,825. Direct connections between conductors. FERRANTI Ltd. June 26, 1963 [July 3, 1962], No. 25369/62. Heading H2E. Electrical components are mounted on an insulating panel 1 by passing their terminal wires 5, 8 through separate holes 7, 10, placing the ends side by side and wrapping a wire 14 around them. A circuit conductor 15 can be similarly joined to a component terminal wire 9. The ends to be joined may be shaped to rectilinear cross-sections and each wrapping wire may have at least five turns.
