A device for clearing the interior of pipes, tubes, conduits and the like comprises a hollow cylinder 1 having at least one end serrated and being connected by a plurality of legs 4 to an axially-positioned coupling member 5 adapted to be fitted to an operating rod 6 whereby the device can be simultaneously rotated and fed forward in an axial direction so that the serrations 2 will engage and cut through obstructions in a pipe. As shown, the cylinder has a series of triangular teeth at each end thereof and is formed with dome-shaped protuberances 12 to provide radial clearance for the operation of the serrations.
