946,315. Garages; tents. R. F. TROWER. April 11, 1962 [Jan. 17, 1961], No. 41864/60. Heading E1A. A lightweight structure in the form of a screen, cloches, tent or garage comprises a flexible sheet of synthetic plastic material 10 having spaced reinforcing slats 11 of wood or metal secured stands. The member 10 may be made of polythene or P.V.C. reinforced, if desired, by copper tape. When arched, free ends of the slats may be inserted in two drainage troughs 15 having, if desired, hinged arms 16a, 16b which adjustably overlaps. The troughs may be provided with slat-retention flanges 15a and may be V-shaped and mounted on stands. For further details of the nature of the slats, their sizes and manner of connection to the material together with other forms of reinforcement therefor the Specificaton should be referred to.
