943,241. Rectifying. MARCONI INSTRUMENTS Ltd. July 19, 1961 [Nov. 23, 1960], No. 40263/60. Heading H2F. A rectifier circuit for providing D.C. at two or more outputs combines a bridge circuit 1, 2, 3, 4, supplying terminals DC1 and DC2, and a voltage doubler 5, 6, 7, 8, K2, K3 supplying terminals DC3 and DC1 (through elements 2 and 3 of the bridge), both rectifying networks being supplied from a common transformer winding (but not necessarily from the same tappings). Fig. 3 (not shown), shows a further multiplier stage, so that voltages of once, twice and three times the bridge output voltage are available.
