935,089. Speed frame flyer. JOH. JACOB RIETER & CIE. A.G. Nov. 24, 1959 [Nov. 25, 1958], No. 39898/59. Class 120 (2). In a flyer for a textile speed frame comprising a hollow leg 4 with a presser arm 6 pivotally mounted thereon, the presser arm has a portion 9 located below arm 4 extending approximately at right angles to the axis of rotation of the flyer, the portion 9 continuing into a curved portion 9<SP>1</SP> and a downwardly inclined portion followed by a portion which lies in a plane at right angles to the axis of rotation of the flyer (Fig. 2) or which is upwardly inclined with respect to the said plane (Fig. 1). The presser foot 12 is preferably at the same level as the portion 9.
