930,678. Automatic current control. W. H. SANDERS (ELECTRONICS) Ltd. Sept. 8, 1961 [Sept. 13, 1960], No. 31566/61. Class 38 (4). [Also in Group XXXIX] A direct current is stabilized by means of a magnetic amplifier circuit. The D.C. is fed through bus-bar 14 to bias transductors 1, 2 in the same direction, while transductor 1 is also biased by winding 15 in the opposite direction, so that the characteristics are displaced as in Fig. 6. The outputs from the A.C. windings 3, 4, 5, 6 of the transductors are rectified and bias transductor 24 in opposite directions. The output from transductor 25 is used to control the current in bus-bar 14.
