Abstract

927,731. Pipe brackets. G. McLAREN. March 28, 1962 [May 5, 1961], No. 16436/61. Class 52 (5). A pipe clip comprises a hard rubber or thermoplastic e.g. polypropylene, one piece moulding having a pair of resilient arcuate arms 11 forming a cradle 12 to receive and grip a pipe 15, a gap between the free ends of the arms 11 and a base member 10 provided with a hole 13 for a retaining screw. The base 10 is of truncated conical form which may be connected by lateral extensions 16 and webs 17 to the arms 11 or, alternatively, the outer sides 14 of the arms 11 may extend to the base 10.
