[Also in Groups XXXV and XL (b)] A resonant circuit for an oscillator comprises an inductor (see Group XXXV) whose inductance varies with temperature in such a way as to compensate for the temperature variation of the associated capacitor. The inductor has a ferrite core whose coefficient of permeability is positive and constant between - 40‹ C. and +100‹ C., and is associated with a capacitor having a dielectric with a constant negative coefficient of permittivity, e.g. polystyrol.
