Abstract

1,065,334. Inductors. PHILIPS ELECTRONIC & ASSOCIATED INDUSTRIES Ltd. Oct. 19, 1965 [Oct. 22, 1964], No. 44212/65. Heading H1T. A ceramic ferromagnetic (ferrite) inductor core comprises an H-shaped member 1 and a plate-shaped member 3 (Fig. 1, not shown), an insulating synthetic former 7 for a coil 5 being moulded around the H-shaped member 1 and being provided with thickened portions 11 for terminal pins 13. A second plate-shaped member 3 may be provided on the other side of the member 1. The contacting surfaces of the core members may be ground flat.
