A pin (shown in sections in Fig. 2) for insertion in a bore in an injection mould for brushes or like articles, to form bristle-moulding cavities, comprises a substantially cylindrical body having on its outer surface a plurality of spaced longitudinal grooves 9<SP>11,</SP> the bases of these grooves being formed with a plurality of smaller longitudinal grooves.
