912,781. Centrifugal separators. KNUPPDOLBERG G.m.b.H. July 28, 1961 [July 30, 1960], No. 27398/61. Class 46. A centrifugal drum 1, with a circumferential filter 2 and side filters 3, has a feed box 6 supplied from a container 4, and additional inlet pipes 11 through which a comparatively coarse-grained e.g. coke, or fibrous solid material is supplied as an auxiliary filter medium, simultaneously with the material 12 to be centrifuged. A peeler 16 and screw 17 discharge the solids together with the auxiliary filter medium.
