In a television receiver the vision I.F. signals and sound I.F. signals from the output of a mixer stage are fed through a wideband circuit comprising an inductor L1 and resistor R1 which is bottom capacity coupled by means of capacitors C2, C6, to an inductor L4 which together with capacitors C7, C8 forms a circuit tuned to the vision I.F. By splitting the tuning capacitor into two parts C7, C8, the desired impedance match to the transistor TR1 is obtained. A filter L3, C3, C4, R2 rejects the sound I.F. signal. The sound I.F. signals are top inductively coupled by an inductor L2 to a circuit L5, C9 tuned to the sound I.F., the inductor L5 being tapped to provide an impedance match with the transistor TR2.
