Abstract
907,361. Transistor pulse circuits. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd. Dec. 29, 1959, No. 44065/59. Class 40 (6). Saturation of a common emitter pulse circuit is prevented by connecting a rectifier 14 between the base and a point on a passive resistance 15, 16 connected between the junction of the collector and its load 5 and a supply source 10 of opposite polarity to that of the collector supply source 4. Two such circuits may be cross-connected to form a bi-state circuit.
