1,031,696. Transistor logic circuits. LICENTIA PATENT - VERWALTUNGS - G.m.b.H. Feb. 19, 1965 [Feb. 21, 1964], No. 7263/65. Heading H3T. A logic circuit comprises a multiple emitter transistor common base stage TR 2 having its collector connected to one emitter of a multiple emitter transistor common emitter stage TR 3 . The circuit shown comprises an " AND " element followed by an " OR " element and the output emitters of TR 3 act with the base as Zener diodes. The circuit may be formed on a single silicon base.
