Abstract
906,107. Valve sawtooth generating circuits. TESLA NARODNI PODNIK. Sept. 9, 1959, No. 30794/59. Class 40 (6). In a sawtooth generator of the type in which a capacitor C is charged via a resistor Rn1 and discharged via a switching valve E1, the basic voltage level Uc2 is stabilized by negative feedback via a D.C. amplifier, the feed-back being inhibited during the flyback period. As described, valve E1 is normally conductive so that the basic output voltage at the anodes of valves E2, E3 is stabilized by negative feed-back via a potential divider R1, R2. Valve E1 is out-off by a negative switching pulse fed to the suppressor grid at time T1 so that capacitor C charges via resistor Rn1. The negative switching pulse ends at T2 so that capacitor C discharges via E1 towards the cathode voltage Uv. The feed-back is inhibited by grid current in E1 until potential Uc2 is reached when the grid current ceases and the voltage level is maintained by the action of negative feed-back.
