A clamp for mounting a mudguard comprises a bridge-piece 1 moulded or stamped to the contour of the mudgard having at each. end flexible lugs 3 with slots 8 to accommodate stays 11 which are retained by clamp screws 13 which pass through holes 9 and compress the lug to grip the stay. The bridge-piece is rivetted transversely across the underside of the mudgard through holes 5. Specification 791,955 is referred to.
