The body 1 of a water sprayer is rotatably mounted in a connector 4 to which a water conduit is attached, and a nozzle member comprising a tube 2 and spraying nozzle 3 is rotatably mounted in the end of the body 1, and is directed as desired by a crank 11 which turns a spindle 10 connected to a spider 9 fixed in the nozzle tube. The axis a of the nozzle 3 intersects the axis b of the tube 2 at a point s, lying on the rotary axis c of the body 1, so that no torque about the axis c is developed by liquid flowing from the nozzle.
