1,058,838. Nozzles. BODENBEARBEITUNGSGERATE VEB. June 2, 1964, No. 22764/64. Heading B2F. A spray nozzle suitable for use with apparatus for spraying liquid on to crops comprises a tube 2 extending horizontally from a pipe 1 adapted to be supplied with compressed air, a liquid supply pipe 5, and a plate 3 and a baffle plate 6 which make contact at 9 and together with the shaped outlet of the tube 2 define the nozzle outlet 4. The upper part 7 of the baflle plate 6 is parallel to the axis 8 of the tube 2 and extends above the end of the pipe 5. A plurality of outlets may be provided and they may distribute a powder or suspension instead of a liquid.
