Abstract

Compositions, which may be sheeted out and used in laminates (see Group VIII), comprise: (1) Copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinylidine chloride (98:2), trixylyl phosphate, lead carbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, sulphur, mercaptobenzthiazole, tetramethylthiuram disulphide, asbestos fibres and china clay; (2) Water-gas pitch, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, sulphur, mercaptobenzthiazole, tetramethylthiuram disulphide, stearic acid and china clay; (3) Polystyrene, acrylonitrilebutadiene copolymer rubber, trixylenol phosphate, china clay and asbestos fibres; and (4) Water-gas pitch, polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, china clay and asbestos fibres.
