[Also in Groups XXIX and XXXIII] A cylindrical hollow body moulded of a synthetic plastics material has one or more diametral tube-shaped passages 2, 3, in a plane normal to the major axis of the body, the passages being moulded into the wall of the body at each of their ends 4, 5. The material at the junction between the passage ends and the wall may be thickened. A closable aperture is provided at 7 and a valve at 8. Each passage may be of a pliable or a rigid plastic. A rod may be inserted through the passages and shackles fitted at either end for carrying or lifting the hollow body which may be used as a pontoon and/or be filled with gasoline or water.
