Abstract

860,897. Suspending curtains. JEWISON, R. H. May 1, 1959 [Feb. 3, 1958], No. 3412/58. Class 52(5). A slotted tubular curtain rail 1, of extruded nylon or polyvinyl chloride comprises a track 2 for runners 7 and a dust shield 3 and is formed coextensively and integrally with a mounting bracket 4. The combined runner 7 and hook 9 is injection moulded in one piece, and is withdrawable through the slot in the rail. In a modification the bracket is angled for mounting on a horizontal surface. Specification 860,898 is referred to.
