Abstract

938,371. Pelmets; suspending curtains. G. H. I. CORNWELL. Oct. 20, 1959 [July 20, 1958], No. 19876/58. Class 52 (5). In a pelmet shaped as shown, the ends of the rear wall are in-turned and formed each with a vertical array of indentations 22 to allow the fixing, at a selected vertical position, of a curtain support 21 running centrally within the pelmet. The rear wall and/or the top wall are formed with apertures for support screws, nails or suction cups for wall and/or ceiling mounting. The pelmet may be made of extruded plastics, wood or metal.
