A two-wheeled motor vehicle has duplicate control means situated at the rear of the driver's saddle and operable by a person seated on a pillion saddle so as to effect independent control over the vehicle clutch dis-engaging, braking and engine cut-out mechanisms. A _pair of standard handlebars are secured to the pillion seat mounting and carry a switch button to open circuit the magnets, a clutch lever connected by a cable to a clutch operating arm to which the main clutch lever is also connected and a brake lever connected by a cable to an extension welded to the brake operating arm.
