858,009. Endless conveyers. FOOD MACHINERY & CHEMICAL CORPORATION. Feb. 18, 1957 [April 30, 1956], No. 11172/60. Divided out of 858,007. Class 78 (1). [Also in Group XVII] Pies P issuing side-by-side in pairs from a pie-making machine (not shown) are engaged by alternate pushers 51 and 53 on parallel endless conveyers 50 and 52 respectively, the conveyer 52 being driven at twice the speed of the conveyer 50 and the spacing of the pushers 53 being twice that of the pushers 51. The pies on the conveyer 52 are subsequently displaced laterally by an inclined guide 57 and interposed between those on the conveyer 50. The conveyers form part of a pie-packaging machine (see Group XVII).
