849,221. Moulds. BADISCHE MASCHINENFABRIK AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT SEBOLDWERK. Feb. 22, 1957 [May 7, 1956], No. 6003/57. Class 83 (1). In continuous foundry plants, upper and lower flask-sections 3, 2 are aligned by a pin 5 which is arranged at the foundry floor and lifted and lowered by a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder 4. The cylinder is supported on a spring-loaded linkage so that the pin is capable of limited displacement in all directions in the horizontal plane to adjust itself to the position of the lower flask section. There is a pin on each side of the flask.
