Abstract

Graft copolymers are prepared by adding at least one olefinic monomer, particularly methyl methacrylate, to at least one aqueous dispersion of a natural rubber and exposing the mixture to high energy radiation, particularly gamma rays, until a substantial proportion of the olefinic monomer or monomers has been polymerized.
