Abstract

843,929. Stud-and-socket fastenings. ERICSSON TELEPHONES Ltd. Oct. 14, 1958 [Sept. 4, 1957], No. 27851/57. Class 44 A device for fastening two members such as a plate or panel 12, having attached to it a chassis carrying an electronic circuit, and a support 10 together, comprises a slotted stud 13 mounted on the support 10 and carrying a pivoted slotted plate 19 which is aligned with the stud 13, to permit it to engage a hole 13 in the plate 12, and then rotated into a locked position where its face 18 engages the said plate. The stud 13, having a head 14, may be positively secured to the support 10 by screws 16. A radius 22 on the plate 19 facilitates release of the stud.
