A fastening device for a fixing bolt 5 provided with mutually opposite barb-like stops 4 comprises a base-plate 1' provided with clip tongues 3' punched from legs 2' of the base plate and converging towards one another and extending away from the base-plate, the clip tongues being arranged to secure the bolt 5 at mutually opposite sides after the bolt has been passed between the tongues and to allow removal of the bolt when the latter is rotated through substantially 90 degrees. The device is retained in an aperture in a pressing by means of holding tongues 7, 9 bent out of the baseplate and by a tongue 10.
