843,768. Lift trucks. SHARP, J. R., and KAYE, E. May 16, 1957 [May 17, 1956; June 28, 1956], Nos. 15465/56 and 20101/56. Addition to 761,452. Class 78 (3). [Also in Group XXXIV] The lift truck combination described in the parent Specification is modified by providing a member 20 for attachment to the standard lifting carriage 16 of a fork lift truck, which member has hooks 23 adapted to engage within self-centring apertures in the back plate of the pallet truck 25. Hooks 22 and removable pins 27 secure the member 20 to the carriage 16. The truck 25 is provided with a brake (see Group XXXIV) which locks wheel 31 when the towing, and steering handle 41 is moved to the full line position prior to lifting the truck.
