Abstract

836,810. Spray carburetters; throttle valves. IND. NAZ. CARBURATORI DELL'ORTO S.p.A. July 6, 1956 [July 6, 1955], No. 21065/56. Classes 7(3) and 7(6) A sliding type throttle valve 2<SP>1</SP>, Fig. 2, is loaded by a spring 3<SP>1</SP> acting in a direction inclined to the direction of movement of the throttle valve to press the valve against its side guides and prevent air leaks. In Fig. 2 the throttle valve 2<SP>1</SP> is piston-shaped and in Fig 3 it is a flat plate 2" having a rear projection 6 on which the spring 3<SP>11</SP> acts.
