831,342. Perambulator handles. HUBNER, A. Dec. 4, 1957 [Dec. 11, 1956], No. 37762/56. Class 108(2) [Also in Group XXV] A rod &c. 10, e.g. one leg of a U-shaped handle for a perambulator, is detachably mounted on a pivot pin 1, fixed at one end, by means comprising a short arm 3 pivotally and non-detachably mounted on the pivot pin, the rod 10 being detachably engaged over the free end of the pin 1 and detachably fixed to the arm 3 at a distance from the pivot pin. The pin 1 is fixed to a tube 5 of the perambulator chassis by being passed through a hole therein and riveted over at 6, and the short arm 3 may be frictionally gripped between a collar 2, fixed to the pin, and a saddle washer 4. The short arm 3 is provided with a fixed pin 7 the end of which passes through a hole in the rod 10 and is screw-threaded to receive a nut 13. A stay link 14 is pivotally mounted on the handle and is detachably fixed to the chassis to hold the handle in the required position.
