798,176. Ventilating vehicles. FIAT SOC. PER AZIONI. March 1, 1957 [March 27, 1956], No. 6954/57. Class 137 [Also in Groups XXVII and XXXI] In a motor, vehicle having a rearmounted (as shown) I.C. engine 4, at engine starting air blown over the cylinders by an engine-driven fan 5 is recirculated via ducts 10, 12, 13 until a normal working temperature is reached which is then maintained by a thermostat 18 which first moves a valve 17 from a position in which it blocks an air intake 15 and then regulates the valve between this position and a position in which it blocks the duct 10, air being discharged at 20 and to a valved pipe 25 leading warm air to the vehicle interior.
