796,955. Sliding bolts. RELY-A-BELL BURGLAR & FIRE ALARM CO., Ltd. Feb. 15, 1956 [Feb. 21, 1955], No. 5171/55. Class 44 A draw-bolt lock comprises a manually operated draw-bolt 1 in combination with a cylinder-type key-operated lock 10, a pin 12, acting in a slot 13 in a latching member 5, being eccentrically mounted on a disc 11 which is adapted to be rotated by the cylinder lock 10 on operation of its key to slide the latching member 5 into and out of engagement with the draw-bolt 1. The latching member 5 is slidable in a transverse slot 4 in the body 3 of the lock and has a projection 6 adapted to engage with either of two transverse slots 7 or 8 in the bolt 1.
